2019-20 Registration Information

Dear Parents/Guardians:


Thank you for completing your residency verification by May 31, 2019.  You have successfully completed the first step and earned a $25.00 fee discount per student.  The next step, as outlined in this letter, can begin on Monday, July 8, 2019.  You can earn an additional $25.00 fee discount per student  if you complete the Skyward registration process for each of your students (online or in person) and make a minimum payment of $100.00 per student (online or in person) by July 31, 2019.


This letter identifies the next steps in the 2019-20 registration process.  There are two methods available to you to complete the process:  1) Completing the steps online; or 2) Visiting EPCHS during one of the assistance sessions.  These steps include verifying information in Skyward and making a payment or making payment arrangements.

Beginning Monday, July 8 and continuing through Wednesday, July 31, log in to Skyward (access via our website www.evergreenpark.org/parents, and choose Skyward Family Access) and select the “2019-20 Online Registration” tab on the left to complete the verification process for each of your students.  Next, families can immediately pay their fees through their Skyward Family Access account using the “Fee Management” tab with a credit card or submitting check or cash payments to the school. 


Note:  For Skyward Family Access, incoming freshmen and transfer students should use the “forgot password” link within the Skyward Family Access to obtain their username and password.  Everyone else will use their previous Skyward username and password.  Questions regarding Skyward Family Access should be emailed to Jim Donato at skyward@evergreenpark.org.




The assistance sessions allow families to request fee waivers/payment plans and to complete the Skyward verification steps in person.


Families requesting payment plans, fee waivers, or free lunch applications must complete the process in person at EPCHS during one of the following assistance sessions.  The assistance sessions are also available to any family with limited computer access.

Staff will be available from 7:00–11:30 a.m. and 1:00–5:00 p.m. on these dates.  Please park in the main parking lot and enter through the flagpole entrance

(Door S1).

First Day of School

Freshman/Transfer Student Orientation Day will take place on Thursday, August 29, 2019, from 8:00 a.m.–1:25 p.m.  The first day of school for all students is Tuesday, September 3, 2019.  It is a full day and students will attend from 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.  Students who have a zero block class will start at 7:00 a.m. (band) or 7:30 a.m. (color guard).
