Daily SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

September 17th

Snowball/Leadership Meeting will meet today in the LRC. Don’t forget to get your snowball applications in ASAP, everyone is welcome! 

For those students & faculty that did not have their yearbook pictures taken the photographer will be here tomorrow morning.  First & Second block teachers who have students needing their picture taken will be emailed later today.  Those faculty & staff members not photographed please stop by the Lecture Room between 7:30am – Noon tomorrow.

D.R.E.A.M., Diversity Raising Equality for All Minorities, is inviting you to attend our first meeting on Wednesday, September 19th in the lecture room. Not only will this meeting introduce us as a club, but it will introduce our plans and activities for Hispanic Heritage Month. Our goal is to raise awareness of many cultures, backgrounds and history’s. All are welcome, we hope to see you there.

All Mathletes need to pick up practice packets for the next contest on Wednesday after 4th block in Room 209K.  

Dress cool when you come to school and every Friday, sport your EP Mustang Pride by wearing school spirit clothes.  The goal is 100% every Friday.

Dance Open Gym will take place this Thursday and next Thursday from 6- 9 p.m. in the dance studio. Come learn a routine that combines jazz, hip hop and pom. If you have questions see Coach P in room 217k

In an effort to support the Ronald McDonald house, we are collecting pull tops.  Please pop them off and put them in the collection boxes located around the school.  Our goal is to be the number 1 school that is supporting the Ronald McDonald House charities

Congratulations to the girls Varsity swim team for placing 2nd in the Little Village Relays Invitational over the weekend. Top three finishers include Taylor Jones, Keegan Cassidy, Sierra Spencer-Parades, Olivia McQuillan, Brooke Scanlon, Laci Thielmann, Elizabeth Floyd, Ariana Martinez, Katie Jacobson and Regina Gonzalez. Awesome swims, ladies!!

Congratulations to the Varsity Football Team on their victory over Reavis on Friday Night.  The Varsity Mustangs came back in the 4th quarter to beat Reavis 25-24.  Congratulations to the Freshman football team on their 40-0 victory over Reavis.
