Marquette Bank Education Foundation Scholarship

Deadline: April 22, 2020

For: Members of the EPCHS Class of 2020 who have demonstrated scholastic achievement, community service, and have a financial need.

Award amount: $2,500

Our House Wealth Advisors Scholarship

Deadline: extended to April 15, 2020

For: Female high school seniors.   To apply, please write a one-page essay on the topic of: Why you want to study business or finance.  Include how you plan on using your degree after college, what impact a college degree will have on your future, how having a mentor will help you achieve your goals, and how you can help other woman and girls pursue their academic goals in the future as a result of being a scholarship recipient.

Award amount: a $500 scholarship, 2-week paid internship, along with mentoring throughout college and beyond.

Alberico Scholarship Foundation Scholarship

Deadline: April 15, 2020

For: High school seniors in the Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana area.  Students must rank in the top 20% of their high school class, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and show evidence of participation in extracurricular involvement, community service, or other leadership activities within his/her school.

Horatio Alger National Career & Technical Scholarship Program

Priority deadline: April 15, 2020

For: Students that will be enrolling in a 2 year or less career or technical degree/certificate program in Fall 2020 that will lead to employment.  Applicants must demonstrate financial need, must be Pell Grant eligible.

Kids’ Chance of Illinois Scholarship

Deadline: May 31, 2020

For: High school seniors who have a parent who has been killed or seriously injured as a result of a work related accident that meets the criteria of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act and that has resulted in demonstrated financial need.

Chicago Coalition for the Homeless Scholarship

Deadline: April 13, 2020

For: Graduating seniors from Chicago and suburban high schools who have experienced homelessness. Minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.

Thermo Fisher Scientific Antibody Scholarship

Deadline: May 5, 2020

For: Undergraduate and graduate students majoring in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life science. Minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.

Embody Integrity Video Scholarship

For: high school seniors and college students in the Chicago and Northern Illinois area. To be considered, you must submit a 90 - second video answering the questions in the following prompt: "Why is it important for a business to conduct itself ethically? How might your opinions on this matter be summarized in a motto?"

Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Corporation Scholars Program

Deadline: April 30, 2020

For: HS Seniors of Hispanic or Latino descent with a minimum 3.0 GPA.  Applicants must be majoring in or planning to major in a STEM field.

BLM Scholarship Foundation College Scholarship

Deadline: July 3, 2020

For: Illinois residents, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a graduating high school senior and be a minority student. The student must also be enrolled as a full-time student during the coming fall academic semester.

Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans Women’s Division Scholarship

Deadline: received at the organization by April 15, 2020

For: High school senior girls who must have at least one parent of Italian descent with a minimum 3.0 GPA who will be enrolling full-time in a 2 or 4 year college or vocational/technical school.

Award amount: $2,000

The John Fischetti Scholarship

Deadline: received at the organization by April 30, 2020

For: High school senior of at least 50% Italian ancestry with a minimum 3.0 GPA who will be enrolling full-time in a college with the intent of establishing a major in journalism or media communication.

Award amount: $2,000

FarmHouse Fraternity Scholarship

Deadline: April 15, 2020

For: Male students that will be attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the Fall of 2020.  Eligibility for the scholarship isn’t dependent on the student’s choice of major or on any commitment to membership in the fraternity.

Lockheed Martin STEM Scholarship

Deadline: March 12, 2020

For: High school seniors with a minimum 3.5 GPA planning to major in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Math, Physics, Information Systems/Management Information Systems or Information Assurance, demonstrate financial need and be willing to consider a paid internship with Lockheed Martin
